On Thursday, July 31, 2025, the General Management of FOMI organized a training session for the heads of FOMI’s Technical Department. Led by Deputy General Manager Herménégilde MANYANGE, the session aimed to reinforce the role of the technical department in the company’s development and, consequently, in the country’s development. Deputy General Manager MANYANGE began by thanking and congratulating the entire Technical Department for their dedication to service, their success in fulfilling FOMI’s missions, and their efforts to boost the production of organo-mineral fertilizers. He also emphasized that technical staff are needed wherever FOMI expands its plants. Ms. Herménégilde MANYANGE expressed her wish that FOMI remain the leader in the production and marketing of organo-mineral fertilizers and that FOMI be a recognized brand name wherever it delivers its products. She also asked the Technical Department managers to maintain positive working relationships within the department and to train new employees.
The Deputy General Manager of FOMI reminded them to always respect the labor code and to wear protective clothing in accordance with ISO international standards for health and safety in the workplace. The Technical Department managers, dressed in brand-new uniforms, took the floor and thanked the General Management for this awareness session. They pledged to implement the recommendations from the session for the smooth operation of the company’s activities.
