The women of the FOMI society joined other Burundian women to celebrate International Women’s Day on March 8, 2025 in the BUBANZA province Under the theme “UMUKENYEZI NIWE NKINGI Y’ITERAMBERE, TUMUSHIGIKIRE MU MIGAMBI IGANA KU MBONAKAZOZA 2040-2060” / “WOMEN ARE THE PILLAR OF DEVELOPMENT, LET’S SUPPORT THEM TO ACHIEVE THE 2040-2060 VISION”.

The women of FOMI are involved in every stage of the organo-mineral fertilizer manufacturing process. Faced with various challenges, the women of FOMI often demonstrate a remarkable ability to overcome adversity and achieve yields as satisfactory as those of men. The women of FOMI are ambassadors for promoting FOMI products within their respective families.
