Tutumie vizuri mbolea na chokaa ya kilimo vinavyotengezwa na FOMI,tuongeze uzalishaji,tukichukulia muelekeo wa inchi yenye kasi ya kuendelea munamo mwaka wa 2040 na tajiri mwaka wa 2060

Leo hii tarehe mosi mwaka 2025,ndipo warundi wameungana na inchi zingine kuadimisha siku kuu ya wafanyskazi na kazi.Kwa hapa Burundi,siku kuu imeadimishwa kwa kauli mbiu ifuatayo:”Tuongeze uzalishaji tukizingatia muelekeo wa inchi yenye kasi ya kuendelea munamo mwaka 2040 na inchi tajiri 2060.
Ikichukulia kauli mbiu hiyo ya inchi,kiwanda kinachotengeneza mbolea ya kikaboni ambayo imechanganywa na madini FOMI nacho kimeungana na wengine kuadimisha siku kuu hiyo kwa kauli mbiu ya:” Tutumie vizuri mbolea na chokaa ya kilimo vinavyotengezwa na Fomi FOMI,tuongeze uzalishaji,tukichukulia muelekeo wa inchi yenye kasi ya kuendelea munamo mwaka wa 2040 na tajiri mwaka wa 2060.


Sherehe kwenye ngazi ya inchi zimefanyika mjini Bujumbura kwenye Kiwanja cha michezo Intwari stadium ambapo shere nyingi zimefangika zikianzishwa na gwaride ndefu ya wafanyakazi kwenye segita za kikazi mbalimbali

Wafanyakazi kwenye kampuni ya FOMI ambao wamewakilisha wengine kwenye sherehe hizo walikuwa wakionekana kuwa na furaha inayoonyesha kwamba FOMI imezingatia kutimiza wajibu wake wa kuwasaidia wakulima kuongeza uzalishaji wa kilimo kwa kuwapatia mbolea kabambe ya kuwezesha uzalishaji kuwa mkubwa,kurudisha rutuba ya ardhi na kutunza mazingira ili Burundi iweze kuyafikia malengo yake ikipitia kilimo.

Kwenye hotuba yake ,Raisi wa jamuhuri Mheshimiwa Meja Jenerali Evariste Ndayishimiye alisisitiza kuhusu kuongeza uzalishaji,kuunda utajiri mpya kila siku huku akiwashukuru wafanyakazi wanaotumia mda vizuri.Tukomeshe tabia ya kudharau kazi maana mdharau kazi hufa masikini.Alimaliza hotuba yake akitakia wafanyakazi na watoakazi kila la heri.
Baada ya sherehe,wafanyakazi wa FOMI wameendelea sherehe makao makuu ya FOMI ambayo yako kata ya Maramvya,tarafani Mutimbuzi ambapo wamechangia siku kuu vinywaji na mlo na matawi mengine ya ITRACOM HOLDING navyo ni vifuatavyo ITRACOM ambayo inahusika na Transportation,FOMI ambayo Burundi ambayo inatengeneza mbolea hapa Burundi,ITRACOM Fertilizers ambayo inatengeneza mbolea Tanzania,INKINZO ambayo inahusika na insurance,Benki ya wakulima BCAB,ITRAPACK ambayo inatengeneza mifuko ya kubebelea ambayo ha
yiathiri mazingira na ITRASAGRI amayo inazalisha mbegu bora huku wakifurahi pamoja na muanzirishi wa ITRACOM HOLDING muheshimiwa Ntigacika Adriano.

WORKERS AND WORKERS’DAY AT FOMI

On May 1st, 2025, Burundians joined the rest of the world in celebrating International Workers’ Day. Here in Burundi, this day was celebrated under the national theme: “Let’s increase production with the vision of Burundi emerging country by 2040, developed country by 2060.”
Based on this national theme, the company “Fertilisant Organo Minervaux Industries” FOMI, did not miss the celebration of the day under the theme: “Let’s use well the fertilizers and agricultural lime manufactured by FOMI, by increasing production in order to reach the emerging Burundi in 2040, and developed in 2060”.

At the national level, the festivities of this day took place at the INTWARI stadium in Bujumbura mayership . They were characterized by many ceremonies starting with a very long parade of workers from different sectors.

The employees of the FOMI company who had represented the others in these ceremonies, were marked by immense joy as could be read on their faces, to show that the FOMI company is committed to implementing the vision has set itself to support farmers to increase agricultural production, by providing them with extraordinary fertilizers, in increasing production, restoring soil fertility and protecting the environment, so that Burundi can achieve its vision through agriculture.

In his speech on the occasion, the Head of State, His Excellency Evariste Ndayishimiye, wished all workers a happy day, reminded the burundians to always respect working hours and congratulated the employers who have already responded to the call to insure their employees.
He hence ended by awarding prizes to workers who have distinguished themselves in their fields of work, with the aim of encouraging others to take them as an example.
The employees of the FOMI company ended this day at the headquarters of the company, located in Maramvya of the Mutimbuzi commune by sharing a drink with the employees of the other subsidiaries of ITRACOM HOLDING, which are: ITRACOM in charge of transport, FOMI Burundi which manufactures organo-mineral fertilizers here in BURUNDI, ITRACOM FERTILIZERS which manufactures organo-mineral fertilizers in Tanzania, INKINZO insurance, the BCAB farmers’ bank, ITRAPACK which manufactures biodegradable packaging, as well as ITRASAGRI which works in the sector of multiplication of selected seeds. It was also an opportunity to share the joy with the boss of ITRACOM holding MR Adrien NTIGACIKA.
It should be noted that this May Day is the beginning of the 2025-2026 budget year at FOMI.

FETE DES TRAVAILLEURS ET DU TRAVAIL 2025 A LA FOMI

Ce premier mai 2025, les Burundais se sont joints au reste du monde pour célébrer la Journée Internationale des Travailleurs et du Travail. Ici au Burundi, cette fête a été célébrée sous le thème national:” Augmentons la production en ayant à l’esprit la vision du Burundi pays émergeant d’ici 2040, pays développé d’ici 2060.”

Se basant sur ce thème national, la société ” Fertilisant Organo Minervaux Industries” FOMI, n’a pas manqué à la célébration de la dite journée sous le thème:” Utilisons BIEN les fertilisants et la chaux agricole fabriques par la FOMI, augmentons la production en vue d’atteindre le Burundi émergeant en 2040, et développé en 2060″.

Au niveau nationale, les festivités de cette journée se sont déroulées au stade INTWARI en mairie de Bujumbura .Elles ont été caractérisées par beaucoup de cérémonies commençant par un très long défilé des travailleurs venant des différents secteurs.

Les employées de la société FOMI qui avaient représenté les autres dans ces cérémonies, étaient marqués par une joie immense comme on pouvait le lire sur leurs visages, de montrer que la Société FOMI s’est engagée à mettre en application la vision qu’ elle s’est donnée à soutenir les agriculteurs à augmenter la production agricole, en leurs fournissant les fertilisants hors du commun, dans l’augmentation de la production, la restauration de la fertilité du sol et dans le protection de l’environnement ,et cela pour que le Burundi atteigne sa vision à travers l’agriculture .

Dans son discours de circonstance, le chef de l’Etat son Excellence Evariste NDAYISHIMIYE a souhaité une bonne fête a tous les travailleurs, a rappelle les barundi de toujours respecte r les heures de travail et a félicité les employeurs qui ont déjà répondu l’appel d’assurer leurs employés
Et a terminé en décernant des prix aux travailleurs qui se sont distingués dans leurs domaines de travail, dans le but d’encourager les autres à les prendre pour exemple.
Les employées de la société FOMI ont terminé cette journée au siège de la société, sis à Maramvya de la commune Mutimbuzi en partageant un verre avec les employées des autres filiales de l’ ITRACOM HOLDING ,qui sont :ITRACOM chargé du transport ,FOMI Burundi qui fabrique des fertilisants organo minéraux ici au BURUNDI ,FOMI DODOMA qui fabrique des fertilisants organo minéraux en Tanzanie, assurance INKINZO, la banque des agriculteurs BCAB ,l’ITRAPACK qui fabrique des emballages biodégradables , ainsi que l’ ITRASAGRI qui œuvre dans le secteur de multiplication des semences sélectionnées .C’était aussi une occasion de partager la joie ave le patron de L ‘ITRACOM holding Adrien NTIGACIKA .
Signalons que ce premier mai est le début de l’année budgétaire 2025- 2026 à la FOMI.
